Orange Farm Centre
The Orange Farm Centre was one of the centres established in 1996 by conglomerates of companies managed by the President Award Youth Programme. Various stakeholders have also been part of the running and management of the centre since its establishment.
The centre has, since 2001 been managed and run by SAAYC.
- Digital Literacy
The goal of Digital Literacy is to teach and assess basic computer concepts and skills so that people can use computer technology in everyday life to develop new social and economic opportunities for themselves, their families, and their communities
- Educational Support Programme
This programme is designed to assist learners in creating an enabling environment that will aid them in doing their assignments, homework and prepare for their tests and exams.
- Life Skills (outsourced)
Life skills programmes are developed to give advice to the vulnerable youth, youth at risk, underprivileged youth and young people in general on various subjects that can make them live a meaningful life, achieve their goals, deal with social and emotional challenges and be responsible and accountable citizen of South Africa
