Access to Leadership Academy’s/Leadership Seminars that are designed to offer youth leaders with the core skills necessary for effective development and growth of sustainable youth groups. The leadership trainings covers topics such as leadership, functions and duties of executive committees and more.
Access to skills development which may result in young people participating in various learnerships.
Mentorship and Support are necessary for SAAYC to interact with youth groups/clubs on a regular base. SAAYC staff is able to identify what are the needs of clubs and what is the leadership structure of each youth institutes .
Access and use of our resources (this applies to young people around the Centres)
Access to publication and information on youth development and best practice models.
Access to referrals on service provision and national or regional events.
Youth groups benefit from specialized training and Support and Skills Development trainings.
